In order to guarantee the security of the data and maximum confidentiality, VillaRamadas processes the information in accordance with its internal policies and security and confidentiality procedures, which are reviewed and updated periodically, according to the terms and conditions legally anticipated.
Depending on the nature, scope, context and purpose of data processing, as well as the risks to the rights and freedoms of the data holder from the processing, VillaRamadas applies, both when defining the method of processing and during the processing itself, technical and organizational measures necessary and adequate to protect the data of the holder, and to comply with any legal requirements. It also commits to ensure that, by default, only data that is necessary for each specific purpose is processed, and that such data is not made available without human intervention to an indeterminate number of persons.
